These guys are awesome! Brian quickly swapped the pinion yoke on my ZJ and helped diagnose other issues I've been trying to find in my Jeep. Just by listening and a few quick touches he was able to locate the problems. I'd trust them with my Jeep anytime, it felt more like hanging with my friend than going to a mechanic.

Came in with a misfiring cylinder that has evidently been misdiagnosed several times by professionals, expected to pay a few hundred to have it fixed. Guy grabbed a wire and fixed it, and refused payment cause it was so quick. Absolute magician and great guy.

IF YOU ARE HAVING CAR PROBLEMS IN ZION COME TO A2B!! This was the best automotive experience I have ever encountered. Our car broke down in Zion National Park in the middle of a 2 week road trip. Alex and Brain (and their 4 dogs) treated us with the best hospitality we could ever imagine. They had a part driven in the same day, and drove us to a restaurant so we could eat. Brian is a veteran, knows a hell of a lot about cars, and stands by his work. Prices were more than fair given the quality of work and the level of personal service we received. It's good to know that small businesses like this one still exist in our world today.

A couple months ago, I had an unexpected accident my first morning out in Zion - not dangerous, but messed up our car a bit and had to call a tow to get it into a shop to repair it so we could drive it the rest of the way - so that was just super fun. Surprising there aren't any mechanics closer to Zion, being such a big tourist destination, but we asked the guy giving us a tow, and he said prices right around Zion are just too expensive, so this was pretty much our first option. I also don't like giving business to people I have no way of reviewing first, but obviously with our car on the back of a tow truck and needing to drop it off asap, and with basically no signal, we didn't really have much other option. Also rather surprised with Zion being such a tourist destination, that there are so few reviews on all the mechanics' pages, but I suppose it's much more niche needing a car repair than, say, a sandwich.

Anyway, thankfully, turns out these guys were more than fair. Thinking about it the next day, in retrospect, I sort of feel like they ripped *themselves* off helping us - they looked at our busted wheel, said they could get us a cheap used part to get us home for half the price of a new part, and that either way, they'd have to drive the rest of the way into town, so it'd be a couple hours. So they drove all the way into Hurricane, scrounged around a junkyard for the part for a while, if I recall, the part was like 60 bucks, then drove back, fixed up our wheel, and they only charged us like a hundred bucks for parts and labor? That's insanity. I have to assume, with such low rates, that the owner is mechanic-ing to fill the time and to be helpful, rather than primarily to pay the bills? But it's also not like he was a novice - he was also entirely helpful, even if it would've been way nicer if he'd had all the parts on hand (but it is a pretty small shop; the guy giving us a tow did warn us in advance that if you want a big shop that would definitely have replacement parts, you'd likely have to go into Hurricane yourself, unfortunately.)

Oh, and since it'd take a while, they also gave us a free lift to and from a nearby coffee shop they said was highly recommended, and while it certainly wasn't nearly as good as hiking in Zion, I will say, they were right. Beat the pants off hanging out at a mechanic shop, that's for sure, and the view was legitimately spectacular (even if, again, not nearly so much as Zion.) So that was super cool of them, too.

And then the even more ridiculously over-helpful thing: that evening, I started hearing a grindy sound right from where we busted something, and went oh *crap*, we're gonna have to drive back again and get it looked at again? Plus on top of everything, they don't even open until 9, and I wanted to be back out on the road? So we called and asked if they could open early, and the guy just said sure, how early do you want, and we said around 8, and said yeah, I'll be there, just drop by and yell in the back. People in SoCal just don't *do* stuff like that! (As it turned out, thankfully, I was able to apply a temporary fix to the plastic the wheel was grinding on with duct tape (thanks, duct tape!), and didn't have to take him up on that, but still, dang.)

I would recommend that you ask, if he offers to save you money by getting you a used part, how much longer that will take, and that if you're in a hurry like we were to get back into Zion, that you tell him to let you know if it'll take more than a few minutes, cause it took him a while to find the part, and we would totally have just preferred at that point to buy the new part, which would presumably have been much fast for him to find in Hurricane - we didn't know what was taking that long until he called to let us know, eventually, that he'd found it and was on his way back. But other than that, everything was totally perfect, and I would absolutely recommend their services if you happened to be in need of them (though ideally you won't be.)

In town from Ohio for four day when our engine starts knocking. You can imagine our dread at the thought of maybe having to replace an engine. Our AirBNB host brings us here and Bryan quickly assessed it was our AC pulley. Gets the part the next morning and gets us fixed up. These guys saved our vacation and wallet. I'd highly recommend A2B to anyone in the area.

A2B was a lifesaver. I had an unfortunate accident involving a rock inside of Zion National Park that left my car inoperable. AAA Roadside Assistance was able to tow me to the local repair shop (and I use those words loosely; it was really some guy's house) in Zion, but they were closed. We decided to continue on to the next large town, and found A2B. The best service you're going ton find, guaranteed! The owners were super friendly, and they went above and beyond to help me get my car back in working order so that I could get back to enjoying Zion. I can't recommend these guys enough!
